At Irorivetan, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges of products purchased from our website www.irorivetan.com.

By purchasing our products, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified policy on our website.

2. Physical Products

2.1 Return Eligibility

You may return physical products purchased from Irorivetan within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund or may receive a partial refund, at our discretion.

2.2 Return Process for Physical Products

To initiate a return for physical products:

  2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).

2.3 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable PDFs, software, and online access), all sales are generally final once the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or the access code has been provided.

However, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date if:

  • You can demonstrate that the product does not function as described
  • You have not downloaded or accessed more than 30% of the content
  • For online access products, you have not used the product for more than 3 sessions

3.2 Refund Process for Digital Products

To request a refund for digital products:

  2. Provide your order number, the specific digital product, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information if necessary.

If your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Upon issuing a refund, your access to the digital product will be revoked.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Provide a detailed description of the damage or defect and, if possible, include photographs.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process or offer a replacement, as appropriate.

In the case of damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement product or process a full refund, including any shipping charges from the original order.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the incorrect item received.
  3. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct item as quickly as possible.

We will cover the return shipping costs for incorrect orders and expedite the delivery of the correct item. If the correct item is no longer available, we will process a full refund, including any shipping charges from the original order.

6. Refund Methods and Timing

6.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the card used for purchase
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
  • Other Payment Methods: Refunded through the original payment method when possible, or through an alternative method as agreed upon

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription after the 14-day period, regardless of when you cancel.

9. Gift Cards and Promotional Credits

Gift cards and promotional credits issued by Irorivetan:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law)
  • Cannot be returned for a refund
  • Expire as indicated at the time of issuance (if applicable)

If a product purchased with a gift card or promotional credit is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.
